What's Included - Our RFQ Proposal preparation service is a turnkey solution to your RFQ Proposal needs.  You supply us with your company's info, project photos and logo.  We'll review the RFQ solicitation and draft a proposal with your company's info to match the solicitation's requirements.  Then we'll format the proposal, fill out the required forms, carry out a final review, secure any needed signatures and assist with submitting the final proposal as requested.   

What's Extra - There may be additional charges to organize printing,  assembling, and delivery of the proposals in the case of paper copy submissions.  Also any printing and binding costs, courier charges, and notary costs are extra and are billed at cost.  

What's Included - We will set up and manage a user friendly Customer Relationship Management or CRM system for you to effectively track your client contacts, sales activities and proposals.  Typically this service includes the initial setup and a weekly virtual meeting to go over your week's sales activities along with updating the status of your deals.  An effective and well managed CRM system is vital to making sure you stay on top of your marketing game!  Our monthly CRM system management plans start at only $800 per month.

What's Extra - Required subscription fees for the CRM software program you'll be using are extra.  However many of the CRM software packages offer free trials so you can try them first.  We'll help you pick the best software package for your business. 

What's Included - We provide a wide variety of general business support services in the areas of website development, social media management, general marketing, business plan development, and office operations.  Give us a call and we'll provide you with a flat rate quote for any job you need done! 

What's Extra - Any additional costs or expenses incurred will be discussed up front and will be billed at cost.
