Our Story

Back in early 2014 I was approached by a friend of mine who was working as a Civil Engineer with a large engineering consulting company.  He wanted to start his own engineering consulting firm but he really didn't know where to start.  So I offered to help.

Over the next few months I set up the structure of my friend's business.  I wrote a detailed business plan for him, researched his potential market and built a preliminary CRM database of potential prospects.  By late summer everything was ready to go.  My friend resigned from his position and immediately jumped into his own fully operational consulting firm.

From those early beginnings, Boynton Beach Business Consultants has continued to grow and help businesses achieve their goals and maximize their business success.  So how's my friend's business doing?  He now employs a staff of 7 and generates over $3 million a year in revenue.  We continue to support his business by preparing his RFQ/RFP proposals, maintaining his website and managing his CRM system.
